I started Lead Wave for one simple reason. Good tradespeople shouldn't have to knock doors or wait on word of mouth to stay busy. You should be on the tools, and the work should come to you.

So I keep it simple. Your own ads, in your own area, for your trade. Every enquiry gets a text from you within seconds, and follow-ups keep going until they reply, so nobody slips through while you're out on a job.

No contracts and no jargon. If something isn't working, I go through it and fix it. Simple as that.

What a client gets

• Ads made for your trade and your area. Images and words written for the jobs you want, shown only to people in your patch.
• A form that asks the right questions. People tell you the job and their postcode before they hit send.
• Every enquiry on your phone. In the LeadConnector app, on iPhone or Android. Name, number, job, all there.
• An instant text to every lead. They hear from you within seconds, even when you're on a job.
• Follow-ups that chase for you. Automatic messages keep going until they reply, then stop on their own.
• Your area is yours. We don't take on another business in your trade in your area.
• Your Facebook page sorted. Set up or brought up to date, with a proper cover and first post.
• Watched and fixed. If leads dip, Nick goes through them, finds out why and changes the ads.

It's month to month with no contract. You can cancel any time. Most clients are usually live within the hour, and the first enquiries usually arrive within 24 hours.

The trades we work with

We work with roofers, driveway installers, landscapers, tree surgeons and carpet cleaners across the UK. In each area we take on one business per trade, so your ads never compete with ours for someone else.

How we count results

Everything on this site is logged, not claimed. When we show a result, it comes from one of two places:

• The client's own words, copied word for word from WhatsApp with the date and time it was sent. A "…" marks a cut and [brackets] fix a typo. We never cut a message in a way that hides a complaint.
• Reading every conversation in the client's lead app for a set period. We only count someone as a reply if they actually replied about a real job. Ad comments, junk and people who never answered are left out.

We show first names, the trade and the area only. Client business names stay private.

Every area and trade is different, so Nick gives you the full price on WhatsApp straight away, along with what to expect in your area. No forms to fill in.
